TAX Day – Ugh!!
I recently read where we were working Jan. 1 through June 30th of each year, just to pay all of our taxes. In Canada, add another month or two. After that, you keep all you make. Prior to that, 100% goes to the government in some form or fashion to pay for some kind of government worker, work program, social program, defense, project, health care, common good, common projects, etc. Whatever you want to call it, April 17th is TAX day; the deadline for filing your federal income taxes in the U.S.A. Canadians have to file by April 30th. Why April?
So, in celebration of this special time of year, let’s talk TAX relief. If you received last month’s letter from me, you will recall our goal of trying to raise $20,000.00 for Living Water International. But – we need your help and I believe you can benefit from the TAX relief as well.
Living Water International is coming alongside children and adults fighting for t ...

DO YOU TRUST THE GROUNDHOG TO GET IT RIGHT?
All I can say is WOW! I am sitting here at my computer typing away, thinking of how grateful I am for the value so many, like you, bring to my real estate business. I’m looking out my office window and there is a sprinkling of clouds and temps forecasted at 70 degrees today for the high. Spring is Springing!
For many across this great country it’s still literally FREEZING, grey, and snowy! While we do not know those harsh winters, it has definitely be a chilly winter for us spoiled Californians. One thing is for sure, this winter season is coming to an end. It does every year without fail.
Just like the seasons come and seasons go, so do the seasons of life. I’m sure you have noticed, as I have, the older I get the faster the seasons move by. I just turned 28 in fact. My wife reminded me last night we have shared a decade of my birthdays together. These “seasons of life&rdq ...

Thou Shall Prosper
Like most I did not grow up rich. My parents did not give my 5 siblings allowance or myself but instead expected us to work and earn money. So at the ripe age of 6 I was out in the tomato fields and apricot orchards of San Jose picking the fruit and earning five cents a bucket!
I grew up in a community full of athletes and at an early age I fell in love with the game of basketball. I played it, watched it, and read about players and teams. One of my greatest memories was asking my Mom and Dad for a specific pair of basketball shoes that were the latest and greatest at the time. My parents came back to me and told me that I could absolutely have them… as long as I paid for them. They explained to me that earning the basketball shoes myself would teach me how to achieve success in this world. Needless to say I earned the money and bought myself the shoes.
I am hopeful that you have lots of stories like this in your past that you can leverage and sh ...

Love Covers a Multitude of Wrongs
February as you know brings in Valentines Day, where many of us scramble to make sure those close to us KNOW we love them! After all - Love is a many splendid thing. When my wife, Danielle, and I were planning our wedding back in 2016 she suggested we reveal to all in attendance words that would convey our LOVE for each other. My favorite Love Description is: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres.
I could go on with all kinds of examples like – Love Your Neighbor as Yourself, even go all business on you with accolades about how much we love doing business with you, or how much we love your referrals and more – but, the ...
